Age Verification & Adult Signature

To ensure a safe and responsible experience, we strictly adhere to federal and state regulations.

  • Verification: All orders are processed through a secure age verification system at checkout.

  • Delivery: All packages are shipped via Adult Signature Required. An adult (21+) must be present at the destination address to sign for the package.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us because no adult was available to sign, a re-delivery fee will apply. If you prefer a refund in this scenario, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Statewide Bans (No shipping to the state at all):

  • Washington D.C.

States with Specific Local/City Bans:

  • Alaska: Only Anchorage & Juneau
  • Colorado: Only Aspen, Boulder, Carbondale, Edgewater, Glenwood Springs, Golden & Snowmass Village
  • Illinois: Only Chicago, Cook County, Evanston, Oak Park, River Forest, & Skokie
  • Maryland: Only Montgomery County & Prince George’s County
  • Minnesota: Only Bloomington, Duluth, Edina, Golden Valley, Moorhead, St. Louis Park, & St. Paul
  • Montana: Only Missoula
  • Ohio: Only Bexley, Columbus, Grandview Heights, & Toledo
  • Oregon: Only Multnomah County
  • Pennsylvania: Only Philadelphia

US Territories (No Shipping):

  • Guam
  • Puerto Rico

Order Details & Address Changes

  • Address Accuracy: To prevent fraud and ensure compliance, no address changes are allowed once an order is placed.

  • Modifications: If you need to change your destination, you must request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct address.
